Yes we do ship non-perishable items to international customers. Items are packaged and shipped directly from the island of Jamaica. Express and Standard shipping options are available. For more information, view our Shipping, Delivery & Returns policy here. 

Delivery Policy

We warrant that your information including the sensitive information submitted by you is protected both online and off-line. While you are making the payment, the page is secure, encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. You can choose your preferred payment method at the checkout page.

Orders made in USD can be paid directly via Debit/Credit Card on our website. Transactions are processed securely via PayPal and do not require a PayPal account. If you have any payment issues, please feel free to reach out to us via the methods listed on our Contact Page.

If you are a local in Jamaica, orders in JMD currency can be paid via Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit. Just choose the Local Bank Transfer payment method at the checkout page.

Return Policy

Email notifications are triggered whenever your order has been updated. Once payments have been cleared, your order’s status will be changed to processing. Once shipped, your order will be marked as complete and the shipping details and tracking information added to your order.

Orders on hold are usually awaiting payments to be cleared, once cleared, your order’s status will be updated accordingly.
